• This condo is in Puntarena Ocean Village, part of Buenaventura No. 1, a private residential community. By booking, every guest agrees to follow all the rules of the resort, the residential community and the building, including those for social areas, pools, the beach and internal roads, and to be a respectful, considerate neighbor at all times.
• - Registration: the community requires the full name and passport or identification document of every guest, plus vehicle details, before arrival. We request them through the platform's messages. The community reserves the right of admission.
• - Only registered guests may stay or visit. No parties or events.
• - Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• - No smoking or vaping inside the condo.
• - Guests may use the social areas of their own sector and the beach ranchos at the Lake 12 exit (Martini Beach). Other resort facilities may require separate access or fees.
• - Keep the condo's furniture and belongings inside the unit, and leave social-area furniture in place.
• - Golf carts and other vehicles: drivers must be 16 or older with a valid license, 30 km/h maximum, never on the beach between Martini Beach and Puntarena. Guests may not bring all-terrain or utility vehicles.
• - Pets: up to 2 dogs or cats of up to 15 kg (33 lb) each, $35 per pet per night, subject to the community's pet rules. They must be registered with the community, kept on a leash in common areas, picked up after, and kept off beds and furniture.
• - Guests are responsible for any damage, and for any fine the community imposes for a rule broken during their stay.
