• A note on our community's reservation process
• Playa Escondida is a private residential community, and the residential association asks that every reservation request receive a brief pre-approval before we can confirm it. Once you send your request, we'll ask for the full name and a valid identification document for each guest accompanying the reservation holder, and share them with the community committee for review. The process is quick, handled with complete discretion, and is part of what keeps this a calm, secure retreat for everyone who stays here. We'll walk you through it the moment your request comes in.
• Community rules
• Playa Escondida Resort & Marina is a private residential community. By booking, every guest agrees to follow all the rules of the residential community and the resort, including those for social areas, pools, the beach, parking and the private access road, and to be a respectful, considerate neighbor at all times.
• - Only the guests approved for the reservation may stay or visit, and each one registers at the gate with an identification document. No parties or events.
• - Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• - No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
• - Private access road: 30 km/h maximum, and no litter. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in common areas.
• - Parking: the assigned spaces are for cars only (no boats, trailers or jet skis).
• - Restaurants, the spa, water activities and some areas are run by the resort, with their own rules and fees.
• - For everyone's safety, the community's rental program checks the unit's gas equipment before check-in and after check-out.
• - Pets: up to 2 dogs or cats of up to 15 kg (33 lb) each, $35 per pet per night, subject to the community's pet rules. Keep them on a leash in common areas, pick up after them, never tie them to palms or trees, and keep them off beds and furniture.
• - Guests are responsible for any damage, and for any fine the community imposes for a rule broken during their stay.
